If a vehicle becomes non-operational during shipment for any reason, an additional industry-standard non-operational fee of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) will apply.
2. Vehicle Readiness for Pickup
It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle(s) is/are ready for release to the designated Carrier by the projected pickup date. Failure to release the vehicle(s) on or after the specified date may result in a ‘Dry Run’ Fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

5. Payment and Cancellation
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Mr. Auto Shipper is not liable for any expenses, inconvenience, or loss resulting from delays.
8. Damage, Inspection, and Insurance
The Carrier is responsible for any damage incurred during transit. Customers must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and note any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing. 9. Claims and Settlement
All claims will be settled at actual cost and shall not exceed the stated current market value of the vehicle at the time of loss, as published by the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA).
